Even though this was based on the iOS version, I wish this was updated to include physical/external controller support. Also, while it launches fine and plays okay on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (I don't like virtual gamepads for platformers), the game is stuck on a black screen on boot when playing on an AYN Thor (even though it wouldn't be optimal to play on that due to lack of physical control support).

extremely mid. for some reason the game is capped at 30fps even on phones with outstanding specs. the game loads in small chunks, several "doors" to get through the map. boggles my mind how the NES with super limited hardware could run this game better than a paid version from Capcom themselves. you'd be better off running this another way. it's kind of unique. but it just plays very janky and weird compared to the OG. would be fine for the airport I suppose, that's about it though.

This is a great game, not as good as the original but still good, pretty easy and, YOU MUST HIT THE SAVE BUTTON!!! I see people leaving reviews like "does not save" HIT THE SAVE BUTTON, it does get easy to forget tho and sometimes you may quit and lose hours of progress because you forgot to save. The bosses are creative and fun and overall I had a nice experience playing the game. However there is not as much replayability once you beat the game unlike the original. The controls are okay.
